Back in November I sent the tech support a notice of my problem. I have lost my team (Left hand corner) as well as All participants on the screen. I cannot even join another team. I have pictures.
Can anyone help me

Of course this is Not Helpful. If all other games are working correctly, especially Candy Crush Saga, then why have I lost my team, other players and I have been playing by myself.

I don't know why King doesn't give all players the same features. Here is an explanation from them..

CCS and CCSS have diff group of people. I think their HQ are also in diff cities.

Those features now have better chance of coming back than Facebook platform. I can’t tell you when those extra features will return. Hoping sooner than later 😅 I saw someone here had similar issue and it took about a month. I also saw it never returned. Sorry, I can’t give you better answers than that.
Thanks for all your help. I followed all the instructions and it say the account was in sync, however I still do not have a team or any individuals listed.

Let's see if I understand this correctly😅The option to play King games on king.com has been removed 3 years ago yes. We can still use the site to log in to our King game account (but not to create one!) and link it to a Facebook account to switch from FB platform to app version of the game (unless it's been done before, even by accident)

before linking a King account and Facebook account on king.com site, you need to create a King game account first, if you haven't done it already 🙂
We can't create a King game account on king.com site anymore, this is why your may have trouble signing up.
To create a King game account you need to download the game app (e.g Soda app) on your device (mobile device or Windows 10-11 pc through Microsoft Store) and select the "sign up with email" option.
after you've successfully created a King game account on game app, king.com site will be able to recognize it. You're now ready to link your King game account to your FB account.
The steps shared by @Yosca in the comment above which show how to link a King game account and a Facebook account together are correct. I just checked them on king.com and they still lead to "score and progression sync". Please follow them.
though I agree it's not easy to navigate the king.com site and we can end up logging in to this forum (King community) instead. King game account (saves game progress) and King forum account (allows to post discussions) are two different accounts.
As Yosca shows in the pic, when you visit king.com you must first click on "Games" in the top left. Only then the site will display "log in" option in the top right which will lead you to your game account profile.
Do not click on "community" in the top right.
After merging the accounts, you'll be able to open your Soda app, use your King game account credentials to log in and retrieve all your progress to keep playing right where you left off

Can you help Maggie please? I noticed the link (to sync) is old. SO, the info there is not helpful. When I checked king.com site...you can't play on it anymore. and I don't know much about facebook games.
Maggie...the screenshot you sent was for community profile and the profile that you need to setup is diff and should be a link in your game. (game and community profiles are diff)

Let me try to help you. From your screenshot I can see, you clicked on Community (red arrow) instead of “Log in” .
You cannot do the synchronization on Community 😅 Once you have synchronized both accounts (King and Facebook account) you will be on the same levels.
Please go to King.com, then follow the steps:
And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.
