Question for Candy Crush Soda

I am not receiving lives from my friends on Facebook for Candy Crush Soda but they said they have sent lives and your Support has told me to Clear my Cache and NOT Data but it does not give me an option for ONLY CACHE?? Where do I find this? Thanks I hope

In this case:

clear cache of the browser you're using. More infos here
check for updates of the browser you're using. More infos here
try a different browser and check whether the issue still persists despite the 2 steps above
