Why does this game constantly kick me out?

I do what it says and update, turn off my phone, etc. when I am in the ‘cake mode’ it constantly kicks me out. Then it glitches and will not show my chef hat anywhere on the okay board. I have to turn my phone off and on several times before it will work. I like this game but I am getting tired of this happening 3 to 4 times a day

I am sorry this is happening to you. Do you have at least game version 1.259.?

Please try to log out of the game, clear the cache (not data!) log back in.

*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
