It turns out that I restarted the game and all my inventory was deleted, and since I made in-app purchases but they were deleted, I want a refund or for my inventory to be returned

Depends on what device you are using.
Just go to your App Store, find what you purchased and request refunds and give your reasoning. Hopefully you will get what you’re looking for.

should of registered That is how u save progress. Or if you using mobile phone, I believe the progress still saves until u uninstall the game which might delete your progress data
