Had a response and they have issued me with 25 coins however this doesn't make up for the considerable loss of bonuses they are however 'working on the issue' so we shall see. Thanks again for your help

I have emailed them twice and all they do is send me a link to here I was hoping that there was something I could do to resolve this issue myself seems like they couldn't care less!

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
