Agree. This ad is frustrating!
It had been reported to the studio (I think it was on Monday). As a big company, they are working fast as they can. You know how fast big companies can be, right? 😉🤪
This has been going on way too long. Loose progress! Fix it!!
Thanks for at least responding. It is SO frustrating. I’m about to give up on Candy Crush. Can’t they just remove the ad from the rotation?
I hope the developers/debuggers understand that once that defective ad catches your device, rebooting the device is the only way to get out

I have missed out on additional plays because the ad will not bring me back to the board i was playing. Ive also lost bakers hat because of this. Rather annoying!

Please also contact King Player Support directly from Soda app to report this so the ads team can investigate this issue.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ads and send.

Mine too ! 😖 frustrating! I don’t buy boosters so loosing them to this technological error makes me mad . Please King fix this !
Today when trying to get extra moves or boosters, this ad comes up that spreads far across the screen. You can’t exit out of it and have to close the app and reopen it, losing moves, boosters, and any streak you might be on.

My game is still freezing during the McDonalds ad. I spend gold bars to save my progress for wonder balls but the McDonalds ad won’t let me go further. I feel like I have wasted so many gold bars on this and I’m extremely frustrated. Help!

O e if the ads that McD is running messes up the game. You can’t see a way to x out of it and you end up losing your bonuses because you have to completely leave the game…. Very frustrating
McD slogan is “I’m Lovin’ it” 😂😂😂 not so much is it 🙄
the studio knows about the issue and hopefully it will be fixed soon. I know it’s never soon enough.
Unable to click X after watching the McDonald add to get the reward after watching( have lost the cooking hat or a round due to ad not loading for free reward). Is anyone else having this problem? Its just frustrating u can’t watch ad( isn’t centered or something)
This is what it does. Then I have to end my game and swipe out of game and log back in.

I reported that ad 2 weeks ago almost & nothing has changed it freezes & you lose your place .. & boosters
This has been happening to me for the past week or so. I’ve lost bonuses as well. Can’t click the x when ad is finished.

I just had the English version of the ad play successfully. It was correctly oriented to the device, and filled the screen properly. It completes with an "X" icon on screen to exit. The company that placed the ad is Benedict LLC. I hope this helps and that the Spanish version is placed by the same company.
