Why have I been put back to day 1. When I play every day for upto 10 hours per day. Am not a happy

I have been put back to day 1, I have not changed my device. I play game every day for up to 13 hours could you please rectify. Am not a happy player at moment

Then I understand this resetting issue happened only once and it's not happening for you every day?

I can pass on the details to report this issue but please note that daily bonus streak is not saved on King servers and cannot be restored if it's broken by a glitch, I'm sorry.
