Just wondering why it's coming up as out of moves when I can clearly see some left. Has happened several times now. I'm new but have played Candy Crush before so I know when there's a move available. Can anyone explain please? Thanks

Every level starts out with a specific number of moves which is set by design.
Number of moves decreases each time we make one move so we need to take that number of moves left into account when we strategize a way to win the level.
your picture shows you've run out of moves. With 0 (zero) as number of moves you can't make any more moves which means this round is failed. Unless we add extra moves by purchasing them, for example.
Candy Crush Saga also uses this principle and displays the number of moves left
