There's a blast from the past - Care Bears! 😁🤗💜

I wanted the blue one "Grumpy" as a child, the images now didn't look like him them.

Then he had a cloud, raindrops and a rainbow. I remember wanting him so much as a child for Christmas that year that I sneaked down the sitting room during the night, felt the presents and torn a little piece open to see. We didn't have much and I wanted him so badly as a kid. This was the only time I did this as a child, I was to frightened. My parents found out and I was punished. I loved that bear and he was so special. We had a house fire when I was 10 and he was ruined. The memories are destroying of losing special and dear things.

Ok I am getting a bit to reminiscent. Basically Happy Morning 😁 for tomorrow as this will be me 🤣

You'll be delighted to hear that I themed my children's nursery around Care Bears! I painted a mural on one wall, depicting a majestic castle with a giant rainbow above it. The Care Bears were seen sliding down the rainbow, sitting on clouds, and swinging from a swing emerging from a cloud, each embodying their unique name. The nursery was envisioned as the Rainbow Castle, with the bears frolicking in the clouds. It was truly dreamlike, and as they grew, the character bears on the shelf became their favorites.

The start of my day always includes soda 🥤
