I'm on a roll, and only have one more level to win before I can bake the cake. However, the play button is grayed out. And there's an avatar in jail, but when you click on the jail it's a different avatar. Something is wrong here!

Edit. latest update from CM: Bake-A-Cake issue fix will come with an update to the game in April.
They don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it.
Right, but in the meantime our team lost out on the rewards for the final slice. What if it happens again? It will still be under investigation and we'll lose the rewards again? It's funny that it was working fine up until the final slice. As of now Bake a Cake is working fine.
My teammates and I are experiencing the same problem and there is another open thread about it, other people are having the same problem as well. Of course now it's too late and we're going to miss the rewards because we missed the very last slice!
The greyed-out button is an issue for me and my teammates and now we didn't bake the cake! There was only ONE level left! I call BS!

I Need To Bake A Slice Of Cake In Recipe 9 Help Me!
Some information may be helpful to your support team:
When I moved to a team today ( 22nd Mar ), grey button issue had appeared. The cake only has one level left, three players are in jail. I can't bake it as the bake button turned grey.
1. I have not the grey button before. Last week is OK, this week have already finished some cake
2. This team was OK on last week when other teams have grey button issue.
I move to another team immediately, I can bake a cake as usual, I return to the grey button team, I cannot bake it as the grey button still exists. Then I move in and out several times by different devices and accounts. I can bake it finally and get the cake rewards.
After this grey team, I encountered another grey team on my team traveling.
I found that they have a similarity of the last slice they cannot bake is not the original one --- Recipe 45. I need to bake another slice in last tier after I entered to the game. Maybe someone has stuck in this slice.
Exactly, same here. They let the cake run out of time so they didn't have to give us the prize. Now a new cake is being baked and let's see how long this lasts. They're getting more and more greedy, raising the prices for gold bricks all the time and giving less and less boosters.

If a new commer released the jail and then failed the recipe. This issue happens usually. You can see the previous prison' s avatar outside instead of actual one.
