Boosters lost

Hello,

I'm not happy at all, I've changed phone to a new one and logged in with my Facebook ID but I've lost all my boosters and also my progression. It as been 424 days that I opened the game every single day and all my progression vanished. I want my progression and boosters back please.

Hello @Aby31 and welcome to Soda community!

Boosters and Daily Bonus streaks are items which are saved only on your device local storage.

They are not saved on King servers, unlike levels progress and gold bars. This means only levels progress and gold bars can be transferred over to a new device when you log in to your account.

Do you see all your levels you passed when you log in on your new device?

In case you own an iOS device it may be possible to access to your old device back up and hopefully retain items like boosters
