Game keeps freezing

When getting bonuses at the beginning or after a game to get extra moves the game freezes and I have to close the app then reopen which loses all progress in that game, this is happening regularly now over the past few days, is there a problem with the app? Thanks.

the freezing problem is only related to the use of ads feature, is this correct?

In this case I advise to contact King Player Support directly from Soda app and report the problem so the dedicated team can investigate this.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "Privacy and Terms"- "How can I report an ad in my game?"- scroll down and click "contact us". To ensure a better service, please fill in the form by selecting "advert issues or reporting" and the subtopic that applies to your case the most. Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
