i want to change my information

Dear Candy Crush Soda Team,

Hello. I am sending this message because I would like to request a change to my information.

I have been playing Candy Crush Soda for a long time through Facebook, but I recently deactivated my Facebook account. It seems that my game account is still linked, so my level remains the same, but I am concerned that it might reset. I recently created a King account and am wondering if it is possible to transfer my game records to this new King account. I would like to do so if possible.

My previous user ID is 6245388762, and my King account is hodoo.official@gmail.com.

As for switching from Facebook account to King account, these are the recommended steps:

log into the game in the app on mobile or on Windows, then once you're in, you make sure that you're on the level you're supposed to be, then change the connection from Facebook to the King account in
Settings by:

Disconnect the Facebook account.
Login or make a King account.
