I passed levels but rocket was 0 ....why is that?? And when island will be fixed???

Every day a new problem!!! I passed many levels and the rocket rush stayed the same. I saw other players level grow but not mine. And the issue with grow an island remains the same....very disappointed ๐ โน๏ธ
