Level 1
I am having an issue after accidentally uninstalling Soda on my phone. I have reinstalled but when I try to "continue with Facebook" the screen goes black and I get a "loading" circle that never goes anywhere. I am able to log in on desktop just not on my phone. Any suggestions so I don't lose my progress - I'm on level 4293 and don;t want to go back to Level 1. Thanks

I'm not aware of problems related to Facebook that are currently ongoing.
Does it still happen if you reinstall the app again on your phone?
Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
If the issue still persist I'll ask community manager for infos.
It'd help if you could share your gaming details so they can look into it

As for your progress, if you're able to log in to your account on a different device (computer) and still find your levels then you're not losing your entire progress, don't worry 🙂
On your computer do you play on Microsoft Soda app or Facebook website? You might already have the option to link your Facebook account to a King account as a safe measure so you can use King account login in case Facebook login has issues
Hi Pitty_Kitty, thanks for your help. Yes, I have reinstalled the app on my phone and the problem is still there. This happened after a software update on my Samsung phone, plenty of storage on my phone. My FB ID # 1296470730. Samsung A52S. Unable to screenshot the problem, literally when I click on "continue with Facebook" the screen goes black and their is a circle that says "loading" but it never connects to anything. I tried signing up for a King account and nothing has changed.

Thanks the infos.
You need to be already logged in to your Facebook account in order to link it to a King account, that's why I asked how you play Soda on computer, via app or Facebook website .
Do you mean the app goes black on your phone even if you select King sign up?
What is the software version your phone updated to? E.g. Android 13. Thanks
