Hello and welcome

What you need to do is make sure you have a secure internet connection. If not, you will need to contact your provider.

Do you only have one Facebook account? If so, I
would suggest you get a King account. Because with the King account you
don't have to save your progress and it's done automatically.
You can sync your FB and your King account.
This would definitely help you!!
