First I can't save my progress.

Hello and welcome What you need to do is make sure you have a secure internet connection. If not, you will need to contact your provider.
Do you only have one Facebook account? If so, I would suggest you get a King account. Because with the King account you don't have to save your progress and it's done automatically.
