"Team" baking

I'm oh so very, super crabby... I always participate in baking the team cake, sometimes I pass the level, sometimes I don't, but that's how teams work. But now I have to actually pass in order to receive the team rewards. That's just straight up wrong, and very poor sportsmanship. With a few different accounts through the years, I have been playing this game since it came into existence. I have spent a fair amount of my own cash through the years, and find this update to be a rude way to punish people who may not be the best at the game, and a round about way to force us to buy gameplay items. I guess this is just the "icing on the cake" to the multitudes of recent updates that have created a sneaky "paywall" to gameplay.
