for the past few days when you don’t pass a level, you have the option of selecting three videos to play. None of them have been working. And a lot of times when you start a hard level, the videos don’t work for that either. It’s very frustrating.

Just make sure, when watching the ads, you're not closing the ad before it finishes as that causes the game app to freeze sometimes.
