Why do I keep receiving Store unavailable try again message?

Please try to update the game. Current version is 1.268.5
Thank you for your response. Still not able to use the store to get past a level. This is on my HP Laptop.

Please try to force close the game, clear the cache-not data!, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device, check for game and device updates and make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
