Hello @ikbal
If you see that the yellow whistles are not being counted or if the yellow candy is not a whistle, try the following:
Try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device, check for game and device updates and log into the game. Replay a few levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage.
But I also checked my game, and I believe the quarter finals start in 2 days and 17 hours. I think then the yellow candy turn into whistles

Are you sure that the quarter round has started in your game ? Mine is not due before Thursday morning
