I got Mt weekly contest reward I one 3 in a row and my rewards disappeared I had like hours reward on boost and they disappeared.
Player I'd said linked through Facebook account Amy Lansrud. Yes it did dissappear. I had a boost and got of the game and it was gone

If you got your rewards that had an hour icon next to it, they start counting down as you redeem them - so most likely these ticket down over time.
However, if you claimed them and they disappeared instantly, then it might be an issue that could be worth looking into. If that's the case, please let us know your Player ID!
