(Solved) Connection Issues - June 17th

Hey everyone!

The issue has now been fixed!

Please restart your device and game, and if you're having continued problems, make sure to log out and log back in again as well to get your progress back in the game.

There seems to be an issue with Soda at the moment, and you might encounter some problems when you try to connect to your account, make a purchase or send and receive Lives.

Rest assured our game team is already hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to solve it so you can get back to the game.

In the meantime, please do not reinstall the game, as that will not solve the issue and you might lose your Boosters. 🙏

    hello. ( desktop windows 11 )

    lately ever time I start the game I have no intermnet connection. Although after playing a few levels the internet connection is made

    Also when I try to login the login screen buffers for 2and a half minutes before I get logged on

    Hi @342 I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the performance. I also play on a Win11 desktop and have no problems with the internet connection. Your provider's network strength may not be very high or may be subject to network band fluctuations.

    Before I open a game, I make sure that my Win11 desktop has a good internet connection. I pay attention to the icon:

    I've never logged out of the game, so I can't tell you how long it usually takes before you're fully logged in. I also recommend that you stay logged in at all times.

    When is the situation with the servers going to be fixed? This is now day 5 without being able to sign in. It actually worked for about 5 minutes just a short time ago and now I’m back to it saying there is no internet connection. Why does this keep happening?? Please fix it immediately! This situation has been addressed by multiple players without any help!

    While I was playing Candy Crush Soda, I saw there's no internet, while the internet was fine, tryed to restart my phone and the same thing happens, what I can do to fix this?

    Something is wrong with the game right now. I'm having the same issues. Some new design update just happened, and it's messed things up. My 'Team' icon looks different.

    I got none of my usual bonus games, the game was explaining boosters to me like I'm new player, despite being on lvl 10,000+, I can't play 4 in a Row despite it being a new day, and no internet connection in the game.

    And yet I have to continue playing, because my Daily streak bonus worked/is on now, and the time to get my Battula ball runs out in 4 hours. I was aiming for some new boosters to help me reach it, but I can't get any due to this glitch.

    There's 100% a glitch in the game this morning/day to after the new week/design update. I got the same issue. I can't access anything, no bonus games, and no internet in the game.

    I didn't even receive my win of the weekly contest of collecting most blue diamonds. Don't know if I will get it when game works again.

    I was playing normally since 1 month now since morning i cant play this game and i cant connect with my e mail and password says you’re offline connect internet and try again but it’s unfair i have no problem with my internet i delete and reinstall again and again
