I was struggeling with connection problems now i logged in and im level 1 my purschases and over 700 levels are simply gone what’s going on really ?

I see, if you uninstalled and reinstalled the game then unfortunately this removes the boosters from the game. However if you have a purchase that got broken with the server issues today, then I advice you to contact the Support Team via the game
(Go to the ⚙️ Settings, click on an article, then scroll down to the "Contact Us" button)
No it was normal boosters

If you purchased boosters that were lost, please reach out to the Support Team in the game so that we can look to help that more in detail! It will go faster if you provide your Player ID as well.
My game is back but all of the boosters i had are gone :/
Same for a lot of players I'm afraid. Looks like they are having some server problems. Could be cooling unit problems or update issues.
Hi there this is most likely due to the connection error. Once it gets solved you should be able to log back into the game to be able to retrieve your levels again.
