If you saved the game once, and keep playing the game regularly through that account, your game will be saved automatically. So, all you need to do is to install the game on your new Samsung tablet and log-in with the account details you have used on your old device.
By any chance, if you are unable to get any of your progress back, you will have to contact the King Player Support and seek their assistance to restore your progress.
