help can’t open the pink door

Jo estic igual al 14556 La porta rosa funciona fatal.
I'm stuck at level 14515 with a pink door that doesn't open and doesn't let me continue. I found a way around it when the build a bear feature worked, I just clicked play and brought me to my next real level but now that feature finished I'm stuck again.
Bonjour,fidèle au jeu depuis 2018,je suis au niveau 14470,une porte rose est ouverte devant moi,mais j'ai beau jouer à plusieurs jeux proposé dans cette porte ouverte,ça ne me fait pas avancer. J'étais 1ère sur le podium (course de la semaine)avec déjà 2 séries de 1er niveaux gagné,le chronomètre defile et je stagne, risquant de me faire dépasser.De plus j'ai acquis 500 heures de vies et plusieurs sucettes super magiques et autres boosters que je ne voudrais pas perdre.
