Thanks for responding. I go into the game at least once per day… yesterday, when I went in, I got a message saying I didn’t play the day before, so I lost my streak. I was connected to the internet. Dumb question, but how do I check my player ID? I have had this game for quite a while, and I’m sure I had one, but yesterday I created “ughseriously” because I couldn’t figure out why my streak was lost. 🤦🏼♀️

What happened in your game more specifically? Where you able to collect the reward, or did you not see it at all?
When collecting the rewards, it's recommended that you have your device connected to the internet. If you can tell us what kind of device you play on, as well as your Player ID we can look into it further.
