I’m really upset :(

I won the qualifier round but I don’t see the tournament in my game even though the quarterfinal is supposed to run from the 8th to the 12th of August. I’ve been playing everyday and I haven’t received any notification that it’s starting and it’s not visible in my activity centre 😥

What do I do?

I am so sorry this is happening! Do you play on more than 1 device?

Please try the following:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

If there is no change in your activities, please let me know what kind of device are you playing on? Make and model please; for Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-F695) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)

yeh, I posted in support but then when I edited it, it got sent for approval, hence why I’m guessing it’s not visible anymore, because it’s awaiting approval.

I only play on one device, and I tried all of the steps you gave me but I still don’t have the soda cup in my activity centre 😔 nor do I see the leaderboard…

I am playing on the iPhone 12 Pro Max, model number - NGDA3LZ/A

does that mean I’m going to be disqualified from the tournament for not participating in the quarter finals? Even though it’s due to a technical issue? The event announcement said that the quarter finals finishes on Monday the 12th which means by the time the CM are informed of the issue, it’ll be too late for me to participate 😭
