I keep losing my chef's hat even when I don't lose a level. And then it appears, showing 5 levels to complete, but then immediately disappears and I can't get it back without using gold. Any idea when a bug fix is coming?

I am sorry to tell you that this cake is for some teams only. It is not only the baking time is halved from 6 days to 3 days, but also the cake rewards have been halved. You can see that only one super lollipop on top. It is a 45-slice cake not 60.
If I were you, I will move to another team.

I have that one happen too. For me it's usually if a Cake level crash whilst playing, or if I have failed a level, and I'm back in the Bakery menu, but leave it before the game fully done telling me where the next hat is located.
Or if another player has failed a level, whilst both played, and they play 5 regular levels/pays to get back in the cake, whilst I was already in my own Cake game, then they have technically reopened the game, which makes my hat go away, but I am now stuck in Cake jail, because the game was opened before I left it, or right after I was done.. aka. I have no hat to for anymore.

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
