I won a race because I went through all the chapters first and should have won 10 gold bars, but I didn’t receive them. “You have encountered a technical error, please try again later” came up several times but now I can’t even find support on it. Thank you!

Hi there, are you referring to the Soda Race? It sounds like there might've been some issues with connection when trying to get the rewards.

I would recommend you to do the following just to be sure:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
