The fishes at stage 681 don’t move the way they should. They don’t erase the frozen blocks at all. Is it a bug?

Many players have a crazy fish problem--- the fish do not follow the sequence of destruction.
Which Candy Crush Soda version are you playing? This may be the reason of this problem.
