Bubblegum Hill temporarily removed due to technical issues

Hi everyone,

On Sunday at 1:13PM (CET) we realised that the new Bubblegum Hill was causing a very high crash rate. This means that many players could not play the game due to it. Because of that, we decided to remove the event and it will not appear for now, until we solve the issue.

The rest of Candy Crush Soda is running well, but for now, Bubblegum Hill is no longer available, in order for us to work on the fix and make it come back stronger than ever.

We are sorry for all the inconvenience this might have caused. I will update the thread with any news.

Hey @jlynnb23 ,

Sorry if it wasn't clear. That is still the plan, like said above, it's all the same for now. However, the fix will come with an update, and updates on platforms need always to be synced with those platforms (GooglePlay, Apple Store, etc) so these dates are not just determined by us but in collaboration with them.

Don't worry though, as soon as I know more around this, I will let you all know

Thanks everyone for the kind words and the patience here, and sorry again for all the trouble! We know how much Bubblegum Hill matters to you and we are doing our best to bring it back strong and healthy.

For now, the plan is still the same. On Thursday we have a meeting about it as well, so if everything goes as expected, I will come back to you with news as soon as I'm out of that meeting. If, however, there were any news before that, I will of course be here to update you all.

BGH is the best way to earn them and it's tough to play without them. Just throwing it out there for consideration!!

I seem to have been one of the few "lucky" to have had very little time to play these days... also looking forward to both BGH reappearing, alongside with some more time for me to try and smack it!

Fingers crossed it will be fixed by the initial time frame given (Feb 20th)! I'm so bored without it 😭 although I am getting alot more house work done with it off 🤣

I didn't get back to you with updates lately because I didn't have any updates to share, unfortunately. Plan is still to have it back by the end of this week but, like always, I will come and inform you if there were any news around this.

Hopefully things will be resolved as planned so we can all get back to defeating that Troll.

That is a fun way of knowing if your score is or not as high as other people's . For everyone complaining about being caught up on levels, I suggest going back and trying to get 3 stars on all the levels. Easier said than done. I have about 70 levels left to get 3 stars on.

Hang in there @omarov! You can always drop your best scores in The Fun Area (just open a thread) and have people challenge you on them! That is a fun way of knowing if your score is or not as high as other people's
