candy crush soda not working properly

Everytime i log into candy crush soda it goes back to the beginning, does anybody have the same problem, it is getting very annoying.

You say “it goes back to the beginning” its mean you’re suddenly back to level 1? Did you sync your progress? If not, the game will never save your current progress!
If you’re synced, try follow these possible steps:
- Try restarting the game or device
- Ensure you are connected to Internet and its stable
- Update the latest version (OS, browser (if any) and game)
- Delete cache (not data!)
- Ensure you’re enough the empty storage
- Turn off firewall and antivirus programs
- Contact the support
