The grey button glitch is: Everyone cannot bake the last slice to finish the cake for rewards. You can see the picture from my attached thread. The Bake button turned grey from green. Every player are very disappointed and angry, because it happened at the last slice, not at the beginning or middle of the cake. They have paid much effort, used many gold bars and boosters to reach there, but they couldn't finish it at the last moment. Many complaints were in Support column. They could only receive a reply was waiting for a new version, that is it.
When I travelled in different teams, I saw many grey button glitch around the world, so I knew many victims with angry and disappointed around the world. If you moved to different teams at that time, you could find it easily.
Cracking codes and finding glitches are more fun than playing new levels for me either.
This was also a non-issue to me. But I knew solving the problem for them immediately and made them earned the prizes they deserved was more useful or practical than an encouraging word. I saw some victims thanked me at the chat box when I visited their team again, because I can read all messages even though those appeared before I joined the team.
The system thought the cake was finished, so they couldn't bake the cake anymore. My solution was: Tell the system that you are wrong, let me bake the last slice. I used this special technique to save the victims at that time.
After this incident, I know I can tell the system the truth when it is wrong. And I can also tell the system something that is not true, for example, you didn't give me the rewards, you should give me one more.

Honestly, I donβt know why you do what you doβ¦going to 50 diff teams a week for BAC. So do all those teams really need your help? And besides it doesnβt sound fun. One team is enough for me. That grey button issueβ¦I donβt know what that wasβ¦never happened in my game π€·ββοΈ So, for me, it was a non-issue. The way that I help others is by using encouraging words πππ

But you did not use your skill / knowledge to save other players in need. It seems only me saved over 50 teams weekly in this grey button issue this year. Other mods had only told them waiting a new version and did not compensate the victims. But I helped the victims solving the problem immediately and made them recieving the prizes they deserved.

I think it would only take time during testing since none of you have ever done it before so it needs some figuring and experimenting. Once you're able to do it, then I don't think time would be of essence.
To cut these all short, if Mich is willing, he needs to provide a clear illustrative step by step instructions on how this can be done which I gathered should only be in a private way so you all need to arrange a time with him.
Ask him if he's willing perhaps through e-mail. Don't know. π€·
