Have you ever changed your system time while you are playing Soda?
Direct change the device time for some reasons or indirect change the time by playing multiple devices, because different devices may have minor time difference.
Some settings have been changed since the second Soda Cup this year. These changes will make this Soda Cup easily has any problems due to the time change within the Soda Cup timeframe, eg. disqualified from the Soda Cup, score error, prizes error.
Actually different side game have different degrees of influence by the time change:
The level record you have passed in Weekly Contest will reset immediately if you had changed the date to one day before previous playing and then passed one new level.
The result will not be counted in Rocket Rush if the device time is different from the server time.
@Yosca Here is another problem I'm having with Treasure Hunt. I just started it in my main account on level 12934 signed out/into my 2nd account on level 605.
I can't get the treasure hunt to reset from account 1 to account 2. I closed/opened, logged out/in several times and tried clearing the cache all with out luck.
I played a new level and no change.
I have 3 different treasure hunts for my 2nd account. I played 1 new level on each device. I guess only my main account on 12934 is the only one that synched up.😕🤔

Thanks. Do you have the latest game update? I updated my game, my activities was empty except for Rocket Rush. Then I replayed some levels and everything came back. Latest version 1.281.4

I have a Amazon fire tablet and Google pixel 7pro phone. Yes, I did qualify. I think there were some problems with Soda Cup.
I think the soda cup has some issues/problems. I had about 23,000, which I thought was high, but the next time I noticed I had this score. I did not play that much!😳
Oh wow @Kerrie so now you lost the epic wonderball and it came back to the first wonderball? And now it’s on all devices the same wonderball and at the same level? I've had the same thing happen to me once because I play on multiple devices and it went back to rare wonderball. So it could be that they're all synced up again now, because they all have the same game version.
Regarding Soda Cup, you did qualify right? What kind of devices do you play on? Which model? I get the feeling it could be could be due to playing on multiple devices 😔. This also caused problems the previous times in Soda Cup and I hope that this is not the case now 🙏🏻
@Palash_Sarma this is my Android updating it myself, still nothing. I replayed a level so all activities would be visible.
Could this be because I played on different devices? I was disqualified in CCS because I switched from playing on my phone to my tablet.
After the manual update it synced my treasure hunt so it's the same on every device now. I just completed the second tier in epic this morning but it synced to the lowest ball.🫤
But I'm happy they are all the same.🎉😁

I don't have the candy cup on my tablet or android. My updates normally happen automatically but the update today I had to physically update it. Still nothing on my tablet even after the update.

Hi! I updated version 1.281.4 2 days ago, and my phone is Samsung A13.
Incidentally, I never logged out/logged in after collecting my prize from the end of the competition to avoid any possibility of errors.

You are right. Last time I was halfway through the game, took screenshots and posted a post. When I switched back to the game, the game restarted, and then there were many problems, haha. Good luck to you.
I'm playing new levels on my phone, this is from another device. I don't want to navigate away from the game, I'm playing rocket rush now. The last time I did that while playing it reset.
This same thing happened on my phone with shipmates disappearing too. It showed I still had time left.
