Have you cleared the game cache and "restarted the phone"? Whenever my task disappears, it will appear after the phone is restarted. Please give it a try.

Thank you Steven, it’s my iPad mini and my iPad Pro , my phone is ok, but I hardly use my phone to play the game,I did try to restart the game on both devices, no luck, will see how it goes later on, but thanks any.
