Joining a team or create a team

Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused, in the bit where you can ask friends for lives or team members it says I've got to join a team or create one (team)

I was a team member but now all of a sudden it's saying I've got to join or create one (team)

Has anybody got any ideas why it's done this ?

I have the same problem. Rejoining the same team will not solve the problem.

Hi there everyone in here!

This sounds a bit unusual, but I'd always recommend to do the following first of all:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.

If it doesn't solve it, it would be great if you can let me know what your Player ID is so we can look into it further. 🤗
