Hi @Amoonmoon Are you still having loading issues? If yes, on what device are you playing the game where you have the loading problem. Are you playing that game via a King or Facebook account?
I also tried playing without internet.
You let me in, but as soon as I turn on the internet, I get out right away.
I have soda on my tablet and my daughter's phone on the tablet I can log in no problem
But my daughter's phone when I try to get out of the game π€·

Have you tried to log in offline and play your game like that for a while? I find this helps stabilise my app.
Yes I have the latest version and I have tried doing this several times but it keeps crashing I will stop trying for a while and see how things go
Sorry to hear that! Have you checked you have the latest game version? Please force close the screen, then please restart your phone (you might need to repeat this a few times)

My game doesn't let me in. When I click on it, it starts downloading When the orange line reaches here, you exit the game. π
I have tried all the troubleshooting but the problem is still the same.

Thank you very much dear Claire, your words bring me much comfort and clarity, I can only hope ππ Just seeing her after many years with no contact is immense in itself, just knowing she is alive and doing ok π
She did come down in July when she realised the extent of mum-in-laws diagnosis, my husband persuaded her to see us both as it would be a bit of an ice breaker before the funeral, rather than her seeing me for the first time in 6 years at the funeral. It was very awkward for us both, however it was a small stepping stone. My daughter came down again when she heard granny didn't have long left, unfortunately mum couldn't hang on in there to see her, she desperately wanted to see her fav granddaughter. My daughter stayed with my mum and dad for a few days. My husband and I did get to see her while she was down then, and she agreed to come to us with her brother for a roast, which went reasonably well. I saw her at the funeral, she does have big issues with me given her body language but at least she can make some communication with me. I will not push, I have tried to convey my love and support if she needs it at anytime. She must come to me, the ball is with her. I love her so much, and I am so incredibly proud of what she has achieved and wish her well with all my heart.
