Reset of the Daily Login Calendar

Hi everyone,

With yesterday's update (v.133) all progress on your Daily Login Calendar was reset to day 1. We apologise for the inconveniences that this might have caused.

The reason for this is because now, instead of storing the daily login calendar in your devices, it will be saved on our servers, reducing with this the possibility of losing any of your progress due to technical issues (as it was happening before).

We know that this means that you will lose something you actively worked on collecting every single day, but we had to do this in order to have a better system in the future for all of you and your daily login calendars.

You will still get rewards every day, you will just have to start again from day 1.

We understand that the situation is not ideal but I hope this gives you some insights regarding what happened with this update.

Mine havent reset, they have totally disappeared!!!! Still not getting quests either. Really broken this game

Question for all of you guys.
Now that the game has reset the daily bonus to 1 I am thinking of uninstalling and starting over. I am on level 2028

I only have 124 gold bars, less than 20 each of the 3 boosters that you can use at the start of each level, 90 lollipop hammers, 4 striped hammers and 4 switches.

Was thinking that with the quests, race etc..that if I started over I could probably earn back all the bonuses/gold bars fairly quickly and it might be more fun then spending days trying to pass levels.

Has anyone ever done this? Thoughts???

So since this update, I am not getting the daily bonus on my devices. I get it on ONE single device. Previously, I would get the daily bonus on each device that I played on. Is this something else you have removed from the game as well? It is ridiculous when you update games and remove user's progress back to day 1. With that being the case, you should have also made it so ALL users got the 30 minutes free lives with the reset from day 1 on to day 7. Hope that king loses followers & game players over this because I'm ready to be done - especially now that I only get the daily bonus on one freaking device!!

I have just answered @ddestes question in their post about it. I have experienced the same thing about 2 weeks ago. I have not seen it or got the Daily bonus for one whole day, and the next day the Calendar started from Day 1. I thought that the Calendar took a day break before appearing with new look

. I guess even machines need a day to reboot!!

Instead mine just dissappeared,, I did not get it today,, restarted game several times but nothing,, hope I get it back and I prefferred when we could accumulate the boosters, now its only for 2 hours

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me- been playing for over 3 years- never once missed a day. This time I made it to 450 days and was reset. 3 strikes and I'm out. Trying to achieve high consecutive days was one of the main reason I kept playing. Now that I am at day one again, I just don't have the energy to restart. No warning- no nothing. I have no patience for companies that do things "in my best interest".

465 for me. Thanks for you hard work Xarly, but with this and the Bubblegum Hill issues, these situations mare making it very difficult to continue to enjoy playing Soda. I find this very sad as it is my escape from the real world. Might seem contrite, but true...after all..it's only a game...I know..but it's been such a great escape that I look forward to.

This is just an unacceptable excuse.
There should have been a way to keep everyone's progress and not reset to day 1. I wasnt as far as others, I was on day 230 I believe and am FURIOUS. I cant imagine how others in the 600 and 800 days range are. You will probably lose alot of players for a while because of this. Very upsetting!!

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
