I'm so sorry you're going through a lot Traci. I'm sorry you have to experience the pain of being separated from your daughter. I can't imagine the heartaches of being in this state for too long. My heart goes out to you. ❤️ As a friend, it's hard to see you this way.
I hope the line of communication between you two will always be open. Life is always evolving and full of hope. Personal growth never stops. Hopefully one day one time both of you will sit down and iron out whatever it is that brought this state in your lives.
I don't know if this will help but what I have learned over the years from people, who have confided in me, regardless of the generation gap, is that each one needs to be heard and understood. We might not agree but we need to listen to what they have to say with an open mind and validate their feelings. We have different experiences in life. We grew up in different times. Even kids are able to comprehend when things are explained to them.
Hopefully next time I will hear good news of you being reunited with your daughter. I will continue to pray for you and your family. 🙏

I have soda on my daughter's tablet and phone.
Tablet no problems
My daughter's phone I can't log in the game kicks me out
I noticed since the last update and the login change that the game takes more time. I feel that it is heavy.
I can log in without internet without internet it keeps on going out
The same facebook is the king's email
Note: From the same device I logged in to my second account and it was working fine.
So, if I understand you correctly, this loading problem:
is on this phone TECNO KF8, and it is with both your Facebook account and King account? Which Player ID belongs to which account?

I remember when this happened, I was using my Facebook account. I tried to log out and log in from the King’s account, but it didn’t make any difference.
I reported it, and hear there are loading issues, but only on Facebook and Windows device, which the Studio is investigating. Therefore they would like to know if you play via King or Facebook account.
It still exits the application, but without the Internet. I can do that. As soon as I turn on the Internet, it exits directly.

Hi @Amoonmoon Are you still having loading issues? If yes, on what device are you playing the game where you have the loading problem. Are you playing that game via a King or Facebook account?
I also tried playing without internet.
You let me in, but as soon as I turn on the internet, I get out right away.
I have soda on my tablet and my daughter's phone on the tablet I can log in no problem
But my daughter's phone when I try to get out of the game 🤷

Have you tried to log in offline and play your game like that for a while? I find this helps stabilise my app.
Yes I have the latest version and I have tried doing this several times but it keeps crashing I will stop trying for a while and see how things go
