hi there! As of this morning my weekly contest levels seem to be stuck at 21… I’ve beaten at least 10 today and it still says 21. The other crushers on my leaderboard are still advancing just fine.

Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again. Log back in and replay a few levels.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Currently in Soda there's a test where replaying older levels in not available, and golden pins are not active - to have players focus more forward on progress than going back.
