You are playing an old version of Soda. If you use the super lollipop hammer to hit a no jam candy, all three colour bomb will explode together and then they cannot spread the jam. But why don't you use the super lollipop hammer to hit the colour bomb directly?
If you have updated your Soda, the three colour bombs will explode one by one after you using super lollipop hammer. This situation will not happen.
You may not have double tap boosters feature in Soda, but the intention of designer is using stripped candy to hit the colour bomb and then spread the jam.
So I double tapped on the colorbomb at the bottom left and the jam spread:
Please follow these steps:
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
