Iam not sure why but iam getting a few glitches within my game play is anyone else noticing problems? I dnt get a lot of my rewards it acts as if I didn't win them and go one to the next game…

No help from head office where ever that is. Moderators try to help but do not understand. I deleted app today afyter 8 years and nobody gives a poop.!!!!~!!
I have won the weekly challenge as well as placed in the top three for three weeks. I got no prizes for either and should have had them for both. This is at least the third time in 6 months this has happened.
I have used my points to buy rewards but they never show up in my game. Think I am going to stop playing!!
And now, those rewards are gone!
WWhen I try to claim my rewards it says that the bubblegum troll is interfering.
