I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving your rewards properly. In these kinds of situations, it's always best to open a support ticket with our support team, as they have the best tools to help you out.
You can do so by following the steps below:
If you play using a mobile device, even if connected to your Facebook or King account, please follow the steps below directly from your mobile device:
- Open the game from scratch
- Do not tap on the “Play” button but instead,
- Tap on the settings icon (usually a gearwheel) in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Tap on the Help Center icon, usually a question mark icon or an info icon (?, i)
- Tap on the search bar “How can we help?” and type in “redirected”, then press enter
- Select the article “I got redirected, what to do now?”, Scroll down to the end of it and tap on "Contact us"
- Enter a valid email address and tell us again about your query in the text box.
Please also follow the above instructions if you play the game using a laptop via the Windows 10 app version (downloaded from the Microsoft Store).
If you only play on the Facebook website using a computer (PC or Mac), please follow the below steps instead:
- Open the game from your Facebook as you normally would
- Below the big game screen, you will find a small text called “Find my ID”
- Please click on top of it and some numbers will appear (your game ID)
- Please copy and provide us with those numbers (e.g., my ID is 123456) and send us a new message from here: https://soporto.king.com/contact, also reporting your query in this message.
