Why I am losing my boosterd

I had to make a Mobile update, my progress in regards to the level and gold Is fine how ever none of my boosters are available, I still haber my old device were I have my boosters but on the new device aré lost, what can I do so I can have those boosters back

    You can't get boosters back because their stored on your phone
