Why am I not getting my cake tower gifts?
Went into cake and a tower was clear clicked on the gift that I received it played and passed another tier clicked to receive gift and did not receive either gift and also on the daily quest I started out with the two fish after noticing I wasn’t getting cake tower gifts my daily gift changed from fish to the hard candy ball

Sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the Cake rewards. Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
