I was at about level 8,000 now I'm at the beginning.?
Hey there Jerry! It could be a few things causing this (like uninstalling and reinstalling the app), but to make sure - if you have an account in the game, you should be able to retrieve it easily.
Just make sure to log in to the account and restart the app and it should come back to you.
If you didn't make an account earlier, make one, login and contact the support via the game and you should be able to get help to get back to where you were previously.
If this doesn't help, it would be great to know what platform you play on and if possible, what your Player ID is!
