Da alcuni giorni non si avvia più il gioco, parte solo se disinstallato e reinstallato

    Please try following steps

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data)

    If don't work following steps please mention your game I'd device name OS version game version

  • First let me remind you please never uninstall and reinstall unless absolutely necessary you lose all your gold and booster's try this and let me know if it helps 🤗

    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

    Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

    Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
