I lost my streak and my bonuses. I attempted to contact the company but keep getting canned responses, which is really upsetting because other

players can't fix this. Plus my account is linked to my Facebook, so I don't even know know if I make this king account correctly. I just just wanted my stuff back or some kind of compensation. I took a screenshot of a screen recording I did. The little blue bottle on the upper right hand side got stuck bouncing back and forth between the two slots. I was unable to click anything.
