Is anyone else having issues with not being able to play the Cake game?

I am constantly asked to get a life. I see that I get them but I still cannot bake a cake. It happens on Fb and on the game I have on my laptop.

    Do you mean that the feature is not showing in your game or is something preventing you from participating?

    Something is preventing me from participating. The Fb one never lets me participate and the one I have downloaded to my laptop usually makes me wait 1-2 days before I can participate.

    This is what I get every time. I get lives but it won't let me play.
