Hi @deanne45_ welcome to the community. Do you usually check your game to see if the rewards were added? Did it not show up this time? On the bottom of this page click on "Contact Us" and complete the form. You will have to give them your user ID #. You need a King account and once you have that set up then you are going to go into your settings.
Click on the orange circle where the arrow points to. Go to the King logo on top and double click it.
It will then open up another area and you will see your user ID number.
Make sure to add that number in your message because they can go into your account to see if it was added or not.
